From 16 to 31… and The Decison to finally choose myself!

I really wanted to share my personal story with you.. Maybe you can relate to parts of my story.

I’ve been working since I was 16.

I spent 11 years in nursing, often on-call for 24 hours at a time ...Exhausted, overworked, and wondering if this was really what my life was going to look like forever.

In 2019, I walked away from that path and stepped into the world of entrepreneurship through a financial service and leadership development company. I built a business there for 2.5 years, and it changed me — it stretched me, strengthened me, and introduced me to a new version of myself.

But in 2021, I felt another shift. I knew it was time to build something that was mine. So I launched my own online business and personal brand — and that was the moment everything changed.

I stopped asking for permission. I stopped playing small. I decided I was done building everyone else’s vision — and started creating my own.

Now I work from home. I earn digital income. I teach other women how to build businesses from their purpose, their power, and their peace.

And alongside that, I co-founded Intentional Healing Solutions — a mushroom company rooted in organic, plant-based healing and sacred medicine. If you’re curious about microdosing for emotional regulation, spiritual connection, or manifestation, this is where you can start.
